Robert’s enthusiasm and passion for marketing is the driving force behind Brand Brown. He has over 10 years experience within the fast moving world of marketing and has attained a professional qualification in project management and holds a BA Hons in Business Administration. Robert started his career at a London west end insurance brokers where he was a Marketing Executive focused on affinity insurance programmes and private clients. Later at national insurance broker, Bluefin, a subsidiary of AXA UK, Robert led the operational change brand workstream to bring together a number of businesses under one holding brand. Robert later joined management consultancy, Endorphin Consulting LLP, as Operations Partner. Previously he was involved in sales with the BMW group and Pitman Training. Robert's charity work has seen him run the London Marathon, cycle across Sri Lanka and organise an industry cycle ride from London to Paris for The International Childcare Trust.

Rob came to CMJ to meet the Directors all with varying opinions about what was required and how we should go about dealing with the issues. 8 months on there is unanimous support across the Company for what he achieved and more important, how we got there. Our strength is our ability to grow new business at 15%+ a year however; sadly we’ve failed to convert a higher percentage into Clients despite the Prospects acknowledging our technical arguments at lower cost. So, what did He do? His non threatening approach was delivered in a way whereby His suggestions provided a better route for CMJ to achieve its goals. This comprised listening to the Directors, then the Staff, resulting in a joined up picture we all understood and supported. Nothing Earth shattering; just simple ideas we had not dealt with in a busy office.
